Some of the main attractions at Wiang Kum Kam include the Wat Chedi Liam temple, the Wat Chang Kham temple, and the Wat E-Kang temple. Visitors can also explore the ruins of ancient buildings and structures throughout the site.

In the surrounding area, visitors can also visit the Chiang Mai Night Safari, which is open from 6pm to 11pm daily. The entrance fee is 800 baht per person. Another nearby attraction is the Mae Sa Elephant Camp, where visitors can observe and interact with elephants. The camp is open daily from 8:30am to 5:30pm, and the entrance fee is 2,000 baht per person.
